3D printed dentures are formed from a digital design that has a more intimate fit with the tissue. This leads to better retention and a more comfort due to the increased contact and precision fit with the tissue. The denture base is stronger than conventional acrylic denture. Also, the denture teeth are printed or milled as one chain of teeth drastically reducing the chance of a denture tooth falling out.

With digital dentures, a custom set of dentures can be made in as little as 2 weeks. Every denture can be tried in and taken for a “test drive” prior to it being finished. With a try in denture, esthetics, phonetics, fit and retention can all be evaluated prior to delivering the final denture. Adjustments can be made on the try in denture to reduce or totally eliminate the need for adjustments after the final denture delivery.

With our 3D printer, we can fabricate in house aligners at a reduced cost to patients over treatments such as Invisalign. Using similar design software to Invisalign, teeth movements can be established and models can be printed based on each aligner that needs to be made. Then using our high-end premium plastics, our automated machine heats the plastic and uses compressed air to form the aligners intimately to the models. The result is a superb fitting aligner that gently moves the teeth into the proper position.

• Complimentary digital scan of mouth -With digital dental scanners, we can capture a 3D model of your mouth to help display areas of concerns for a patient’s better understanding. With the 3D model, we retain it for our records to compare changes in the mouth year over year. Comparing old scans to current scans allows the patient and doctor to visualize tooth wear, gum recession, gum inflammation, and tooth movement over time.
